Directions

Mix one scoop (7g) in 250 – 500mL of liquid (water, juice, etc.). Take one serving daily 30 minutes prior to workout or as directed by a health care practitioner. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 8 weeks.

Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have glaucoma, and/or detrusor instability (overactive bladder syndrome) or if you are following a low protein diet or are taking lithium, medication for cardiovascular diseases, erectile dysfunction, and/or blood thinners or suffer from a cardiovascular disease and are attempting an increase in physical activity. May cause a flushing, tingling and/or prickling sensation of the skin, in which case, reduce the dose. Do not use if you have had a heart attack/myocardial infarction or have cardiovascular (heart) disease, high or low blood pressure, diabetes, prostate disorders, liver or kidney disorders, edema (swelling of hands, face and feet) or are taking products containing diuretics or any prescription medication or are pregnant or breastfeeding.
