Ordering Information

Pick-up instore:

We offer same day pick-up between 9:30am - 6:00pm. Please allow up a minimum of 30 minutes for your order to be ready. An email will be sent once your order is ready for pick-up. 

Orders placed after 5:30pm may not receive a pick-up notice until next day.

Local Delivery: Available Monday to Friday

Orders placed before 1:00 will be delivered the same day. 

Orders placed after 1:00 will be delivered the next business day.

Delivery fee = $6.99

Shipping within Canada:

We ship Canada Post Expedited for a flat fee of $20.00 or Purolator / UPS for $25.00

Frozen Foods, Produce & Refrigerated Grocery are not available for shipping. Please do not add these items to your cart if you are having your order shipped, as it will create an error and you won't be able to checkout.
