Shipping & Returns

All orders are shipped Expedited via Canada Post or Purolator. We may use other reputable shipping couriers as well. 

We offer online shipping to customers across Canada.

You will receive a notification with tracking details sent to the email address provided at checkout.

If within seven (7) days of receiving your order, for any reason you are unhappy with your products, we ask that you send an email to herbsnhealthinfo@gmail.com and we will attempt to resolve it for you.

After hearing back if a return is warranted, it will need to be shipped back to our store at your expense. The product must not haven been used in anyway.

 

In-store Returns

Non-perishable items brought back to the store are eligible for refund if:

1. They are returned within 30 days of purchase

2. You have the itemized purchase receipt or you have a rewards account with us so we can retrieve your receipt.

3. Are not opened & not used

* If you do not have the itemized receipt and do not have a rewards account with us then a store credit will be issued at the lowest sale price.

* All clearance items are final sale *

 

Opened Products

We offer flexible returns on opened supplements! Please ensure the following criteria are met before requesting a return:

1. They must be returned within 10 days of purchase.

2. You have the itemized purchase receipt or you have a rewards account with us so we can retrieve your receipt.

3. There is 75% of the product remaining in the original container.

* If you do not have the itemized receipt and do not have a rewards account with us then a store credit will be issued at the lowest sale price.

*Please note that the return may be accepted for store credit only.
