Fenugreek is one of the oldest herbs traditionally used in ancient Greece, Egypt and China. Fenugreek has been found to contain 4-hydroxyisoleucine (4-OH-Ile), fat, diosgenin, iron, phenolic acids, protein, and protodioscin. Fenugreek has a long history of medical uses in Indian and Chinese medicine and has been used for numerous indications.

 

Each capsule contains:

Fenugreek (Trigonella foenum-graecum) (seed) 500 mg

 

Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Veg Capsule (hypromellose, water), Stearic Acid (vegetable source), Silica, Magnesium Stearate (vegetable source).

Directions

Adult Dosage: Take 2 capsules, 3 times daily.
