    • Health First’s Sleep Supreme is a melatonin-free sleep solution intended to address many causes of sleep deprivation. It contains PharmaGABA® to help promote a relaxed mental state, inositol to reduce nighttime blood sugar imbalances, magnesium to relax muscles, and passionflower and jujube to calm the mind and foster a deeper sleep.

     Ingredients

    PharmaGABA® gamma-aminobutyric acid: 50 mg
    Inositol : 325 mg, Magnesium (bisglycinate): 50 mg, Passionflower (Passiflora incarnata, herb top): 32 mg, 4:1 extract, equiv. to 128 mg
    Jujube (Ziziphus jujuba, fruit): 25 mg, 20:1 extract, equiv. to 500 mg
    Non-Medicinal Ingredients
    Rice bran (Oryza sativa)*, rice hull powder (Oryza sativa)*, gum arabic*, sunflower oil*, silicon dioxide, maltodextrin, vegetable capsule shell (hypromellose).*Organic origin
    Directions
