So Health First developed a lovely Calming Mist spray to interact with our olfactory senses Calming Mist is a carefully curated blend of organic essential oils combined with witch hazel for its anti-inflammatory and skin soothing properties. It’s free from all artificial preservatives, instead using a Lactobacillus ferment as a preservative to make it safe for direct use on skin, yoga mats, pillows, and linens.
