 MSM is short for methylsulfonylmethane, a sulfur-containing nutrient and powerful antioxidant. MSM is known for helping to keep skin, tendons, ligaments, and joints strong and flexible, and warding off free radical cell damage. It’s used medicinally to help reduce inflammation and joint pain caused by osteoarthritis.

Dicalcium phosphate dihydrate, magnesium stearate and capsule shell (from bovine gelatin and purified water)

 Directions

Adults (18 years and older) - Take 1 capsule, 2-3 times daily with food. Avoid taking at bedtime.Take for a minimum of 4 weeks to see beneficial effects
