How to Use
Easily add this water-soluble powder to coffee, tea, smoothies, or your favourite recipe.
Recommended Dose
Adults: Mix 1/8 TSP (1 serving, 375 mg) once daily into 8 oz (250 mL) hot beverage of choice, or smoothie and consume. Take with food to avoid digestive upset.

Important Note
To effectively control moisture within the package the use of a desiccant is recommended. It is included in the Reishi Mushroom Powder and should be kept with the product while stored, tightly closed when the product is not in use.
