 Flora’s Beyond Grape Seed blends powerful antioxidants and cell and tissue protectors (known as Oligomeric Proanthocyanidins or OPCs) derived from Grape Seeds, with a full spectrum of bioflavonoids from bilberries and cranberries. A supplement that can be used to combat free radicals linked to premature aging, LDL cholesterol, circulatory problems, and other health concerns. Helps in reducing the oxidation of low-density lipoprotein (LDL) cholesterol. Directions

As an antioxidant: Take 1 capsule 2 times daily.
To reduce LDL oxidation: Take 2-3 capsules 2 times daily.
To relieve symptoms related to non-complicated CVI: Take 2-3 capsules, 2 times daily. Use for a minimum of 1 month to see beneficial effects.
For all purposes, take on an empty stomach with fruit or fruit juice. Drink plenty of water throughout the day.
