Each ml contains 225 mg of magnesium chloride equivalent to 60 mg of elemental magnesium.

Medicinal Ingredients
Magnesium chloride and over 90 trace minerals from distilled seawater.
Each 1 ml contains 60 mg of elemental magnesium.
Non-Medicinal Ingredients
Amigel, a 100% natural gelling and stabilizing polysaccharide agent (no petroleum).
Contains no fragrance or other additives.
Directions
Massage up to 5 ml (1 tsp) on areas of tension.
Rinse after a few minutes, if desired.
Cautions
Those with sensitive skin may wish to further dilute the product with pure water or a skin-friendly oil. For external use only. Avoid direct application to mucous membranes. Keep out of the eyes.
