Recommended Use

• Traditionally used in traditional Ayurvedic medicine as a Rasayana (rejuvenative tonic) to relieve general debility, especially during convalescence or old age; as a sleep aid; to balance aggravated Vata (nervine tonic, sedative); and for memory enhancement.
• Also used for arthritis, anxiety, and insomnia. It is also a general tonic and adaptogen, increasing resistance to environmental stress.

Medicinal Ingredients (per 1 ml) Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera, root) 250 mg Quantity Crude Equivalent (1:4).

Non Medicinal Ingredients Organic alcohol, distilled water.

Recommended Dosage

• Adults: Take 2.66 ml (80 drops) 3 times daily in a little water on an empty stomach.
