8 Roots Lion's Mane Mushroom

A striking, shaggy appearance, with cascading white spines that resemble a lion’s mane. Its texture is dense yet tender becoming succulent and slightly crisp on the outside when cooked. The flavour is mild, sweet, and seafood-like, often compared to crab or lobster. Excellent sautéed or roasted, and brings a rich umami depth as well as an elegant, unique presentation that stands out on the plate.
