Bison Fusilli Pasta

1lb Package of Bison Ridge Ground Bison
1 454g Package of Rizopia Fusilli
2-3 Cloves of Garlic
1 Small Onion
8- 10 Mushrooms
1 Red Bell Pepper (one small or half large)
1 Jar of Cucina Antica Garlic Marinara Sauce
Dried Basil
Dried Oregano
In a frying pan or skillet brown the ground bison until almost cooked through and move to one side of the pan. Add minced garlic, diced onion, followed by diced red pepper and sliced mushrooms. Cook pasta as directed. Once veggies are cooked down, add the pasta sauce, followed by salt, dried basil & dried oregano to taste. Add a couple of tablespoon of water as needed and simmer for a few minutes to let all those flavors meld together.
Serve with parmesan, lots of parmesan! Optional of course but highly recommended!
